Returns & Exchanges

At Zenith Zone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Please read our policy below for more details:

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@zenithzone.biz with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

  5. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including gift cards and downloadable software products.

Exchanges:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@zenithzone.biz. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  2. Size or Color Exchange: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team to check for availability. Once the exchange is approved, you will be responsible for returning the original item following the same process outlined in the Returns section above.
